Since the launch of the Showcase of Property of the Republic of Tatarstan project, 40 requests have been received for objects.

Developed by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan in June 2025, it accumulates information in one place about buildings and premises that have been decommissioned but are suitable for further use. It is being implemented in support of the national project "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the State".
Place cards contain photographs, cadastral numbers, information about the year of construction, connection to utilities, and possible use cases. If the object is of interest, the user can leave a request, which will be sent to a specialist to provide additional information.
"To date, more than 300 objects from various regions of the republic have been added to the portal. The most numerous are Leninogorsky, Alekseevsky, Baltasinsky, Aznakaevsky, Apastovsky. In total, about 1,000 visitors have viewed the portal since its launch, 40 of them have left an appeal, and auctions have been scheduled for 11 sites," said Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, said: "Among the objects for which applications have been submitted are large ones, such as administrative buildings, and small ones, such as parking lots and even garages, in different conditions for different types of activities, both republican and municipal. Visitors to the portal are actively interested in the hospital building with a plot of land in Nizhnekamsk district, premises in Naberezhnye Chelny and Almetyevsk, and the lease of a building in Bugulma. The facilities can be obtained by lease and purchase, there are separate blocks of facilities for SMEs and movable property."
It should be recalled that there are 1,040 real estate objects in the republic that have been decommissioned, with a total area of about 400 thousand square meters.m. These include garages, buildings with land plots, technical facilities, and other facilities.
Earlier, Minister Azat Kadyrov noted that the most popular question among applicants was the price of the facility. After that, the evaluation process was organized, and the object cards began to be updated with information about the possible market value (the final price is determined after the auction).
