The project of the participant of the SVO was presented at the "Municipal hour" with the Mamadyshsky district
Today, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the investment opportunities of the Mamadyshsky district, where one of the main sites with tax benefits is the Vyatka industrial park. Recently, a company founded by Dmitry Mitrofanov, a member of the SVO, became its resident. Since 2022, he has been fulfilling his duty in the SVO zone, being a mobilized mortar soldier. "His courage and responsibility are the very backbone on which the spirit of our company rests," says Pavel Lukyanov, Deputy head of Production.
"We have been confidently operating in the market of production and installation of metal structures for more than six years. Our journey began in the Bavli district of Tatarstan, and over the years we have gone through a huge evolution — from the manufacture of fences and canopies to complex, turnkey projects. Each of our facilities is the result of painstaking work, attention to detail and, most importantly, the trust of our customers. It was word of mouth, the best recommendation, that allowed us to grow and earn a reputation as a reliable partner."
Today, the company of Dmitry Mitrofanov, a member of the SVO, is building facilities in various regions of Tatarstan – Chistopolsky, Yutazinsky, Apastovsky. Entrepreneurs have invested about six million rubles in monolithic works, metal structures and a salary fund. "We see a huge potential for our development in the Mamadyshsky district and are grateful to the Vyatka Industrial Park administration for their support in providing the site and resolving organizational issues — this is an important signal to us that we are moving in the right direction," the investor notes.
Currently, the foundation is being prepared on a 1-hectare site, concrete is being poured, a workshop will be erected and modern equipment will be installed. The plans include the construction of a second workshop and the organization of a residential area for shift workers. The total investment in the project will amount to 55 million rubles.
Vadim Nikitin, the head of the Mamadyshsky district, noted that the district's leadership is ready to support the project with specialists: "We train welders at the college, and therefore the issue of personnel for the investor is automatically resolved."
