"We are looking for partners from China!" Production from Tatarstan turned to Talia Minullina for help
Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Agency's design unit visited the Tatarstan automobile mirror manufacturing plant, the director of which asked the Agency for help in finding partners from China.
Talia Minullina: "The production base of Spekul LLC is located in Tatarstan. The company began work on finding partners from China this year after information began to appear in the media that Chinese automakers were beginning to consider localization options in the Russian Federation. In April, a joint meeting was held at the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan with the participation of Zhang Baiyu, Commercial Vice Consul of the People's Republic of China, Cao Longquan, Deputy Consul General of the People's Republic of China, and the Director of Spekulum LLC on the organization of joint activities. Now the company has asked the Agency for help."
Vladimir Tezev, Director of the company, said: "We decided to contact the Investment Development Agency after reading an article about the importance of the presence of Russian business on Chinese social networks in the media. We propose to consider the possibility of setting up a joint venture based on our production facility to supply rear-view mirrors for both cars and trucks, as well as buses and agricultural machinery for Chinese cars localized in the Russian market.
The project does not provide for financial investments from the PRC in real estate and equipment, as the company is fully equipped and produces finished products for Russian automakers.
We suggest considering possible cooperation options.:
1. The possibility of manufacturing rear-view mirrors for Chinese automakers who are considering the possibility of localizing car production in the Russian Federation.
2. The possibility of joint activities in other areas of localization, as we have free space where appropriate equipment can be installed, and specialists to organize new productions."
Product Quality
The product quality is monitored in our own certified laboratory (heat/cold test chamber and salt mist (corrosion) chamber). The tests are carried out according to GOST standards or customer requirements.
Spekul LLC is certified according to the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard and in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 17.07.2015 No. 719 "On confirmation of the production of industrial products in the territory of the Russian Federation", confirmation was received that the products are manufactured in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The production area occupies 1500 sq.m., office and warehouse premises 1400 sq.m. the land area is 8200 sq.m.
In 2020, a production line for mirror elements was launched. The equipment allows the production of spherical mirror canvases with spherical radii from 200 mm to 2000 mm and blank sizes up to 250x450 mm, diameter up to 350 mm. The production capacity is 100,00 pcs/year.
In 2021, a laser line for the production of heating elements for automotive mirrors was launched with the possibility of producing 12V and 24V heating elements, as well as a site for the production of mirror harnesses and heating. The production capacity is 1,000,000 pcs/year.
