Rimma Ishkulova, a leading specialist in the Department of coordination of investment attraction activities, became the winner of the competition "The Best state civil Servant of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Rimma is a young but already experienced employee of the Agency, where she has been working for the third year. The area of responsibility is protocol events. The girl graduated from the KFU Institute of International Relations. The project "System of international and interregional cooperation" was presented at the competition.
