Taliya Minullina: "No deadlines are expected!"
Today, the project unit of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, led by the head of the Agency, Talia Minullina, checked the progress of the Vasilyevsky Island project.
Taliya Minullina: "The investor did a great job! The project is being implemented in accordance with the stated plan. No critical issues were found."
In January 2025, the owner of the company, Nikolai Amosov, met with the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin. And already in February of the same year, a mock–up of the Vasilyevsky Island residential complex, a "resort city" for 10,000 people, was presented at Kazanysh.
The developer is officially implementing an ambitious project based on the principles of integrated territorial development in Vasilyevo with the support of local authorities – in May 2025 at the International Economic Forum "Russia — the Islamic World: KazanForum" at the International Property Market (IPM) exhibition site, the owner of PRECISELY Group Nikolay Amosov, the mayor of Zelenodolsk Mikhail Afanasyev and the head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Taliya Minullina signed a trilateral cooperation agreement.
Today, Vasilyevsky Island is in the active phase of implementation. The first residents will receive the keys as early as 2027, by which time the project, in addition to residential buildings, will have fully completed the landscaping of courtyards and recreation areas, shops, cafes, bakeries and pick–up points will be opened. The completion of the entire complex is scheduled for 2032.
For PRECISELY Group of Companies, this is the first project in Tatarstan, but the developer has already announced the second one – the Kaderle residential complex will be built near Voznesensky Tract in Kazan. In total, the company plans to invest more than 300 billion rubles in the development of the republic.
