The Agency provides information and organizational support to entrepreneurs within the limits of its powers provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of this activity, we collect information about available land plots that can be used for the implementation of industrial, food, tourism and recreational projects.

The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan does not dispose of land plots and does not make decisions on granting rights to land plots. All decisions are made by the authorized bodies of the municipal government of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the established regulatory legal acts. The received information is reviewed by the Agency in accordance with the established procedure solely for the purpose of forming an information base and subsequent use in working with investors. Sending information does not guarantee the inclusion of the site in any lists and does not create advantages, obligations or preferences when making decisions by authorized bodies.
