The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Chinese holding company. She manages the assets of industrial parks in the Belt and Road countries, as well as implements the policy of special economic zones of cooperation within the framework of the BRICS. It is a key cross-border e-commerce project supported by the Hangzhou City Government.
