The investor Club in Kazan fulfilled the boy's dream and played the "Weak Link"

The meeting of the 2025 Investors Club has ended in Kazan. The meeting took place in the Sapphire Conference Hall of the Noble Millenium Panorama 5* Hotel. The event was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, members of the Government of the Republic, heads of enterprises and businessmen, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps of China, India, Turkey and other countries.

"I am glad to see our regular partners, as well as new friends at the meeting of the Investor Club. Tatarstan has been among the top three leaders in terms of the investment climate for many years and is ranked 1st in the Volga Federal District and 6th in Russia in terms of investments in fixed assets. I would like to thank every investor for their trust in our republic. Together, we are strengthening Tatarstan's investment climate and creating an environment for new growth points," Rustam Minnikhanov greeted the participants of the meeting of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the event, experts made presentations and shared their experience of investing in the republic, talked about the creation and formation of new facilities, as well as new opportunities for the development of Tatarstan's economic potential.

"This year in Tatarstan, the volume of investments in fixed assets is estimated at more than 1.6 trillion rubles, which is 3.8% more than in 2024. At the same time, the volume of private investment by the end of the year is projected at 1.3 trillion rubles. Consistent regional policy of investor support, provision of tax incentives and preferences, as well as support for import substitution and technological sovereignty – all this makes the republic a reliable partner for business and helps to improve the investment climate," said Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting of the Investors Club, the dream of 12-year-old Kazan schoolboy Daniyar Nasrutdinov, the winner of the intellectual show "Smarter than everyone", came true. He wished to play an intellectual game together with the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

Popular TV presenter Maria Kiselyova hosted the game "Weak Link" for the guests of the evening. The participants had to answer questions from various fields and spheres not only of economics, but also of culture, science, history and others. The winner was the Rupiah team.

The meeting ended with an award ceremony for the best among municipal districts, media and investors.

Yelabuga district became the best municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of investment activities with federal regimes.

The best municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of investment activity among municipalities is the Vysokogorsky district.

Kazan is the best municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of investment activity among urban entities.

The Zelenodolsk district is the best municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of investment activity among priority development territories.

The best federal media in covering investment activities is ITAR-TASS.

The best regional media in covering investment activities is the RBC Tatarstan News Agency.

The best television platform is GTRK Tatarstan.

The best online media in covering investment activities is the Tatar-inform News Agency.

Special prize "For fidelity to traditions" - Kazanskiye Vedomosti newspaper.

The "socially responsible investor" is Nefis Cosmetics JSC.

The "reinvestor of the Year" is Darletto LLC.

"Investor of the Year" - JSC Holding Company "Chistopolye".

The order "On the formation of an advisory body – the Council of External Investors under the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan "Club of Investors of the Republic of Tatarstan" was signed on February 14, 2014. The Investors Club contributes to the formation of an investment community in the region, and since its inception has been a platform for the exchange of experience and informal communication with regional authorities and municipal administrations.
