The final event of "Business Russia"
On December 23, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, acted as an expert and partner at the final event of the Tatarstan regional branch of Delovaya Rossiya.
During her speech, the head of the Agency outlined preliminary economic indicators for 2025 (for 9-10 months), named which public consultations on the adoption of regulatory legal acts initiated by the Agency, the organization participated in, shared joint plans with Delovaya Rossiya for 2026, namely the intention to launch a course under The name "Municipal Investment Initiative" is a joint training for employees of municipal districts of Tatarstan. At the end of her speech, Taliya Minullina made suggestions on the work of the regional office in 2026 and wished the participants of the meeting, the members of the organization, to "Invest no matter what."
The event ended on a solemn note — a solemn ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement between the Investment Development Agency and the TRO "Business Russia" took place.
It will outline the goals of interaction and cooperation between the parties: creating a comfortable business environment, stimulating economic growth, promoting regional initiatives and implementing government programs focused on the development of entrepreneurial activity and the formation of effective communication between investors, the business community and government authorities.

But our platform, the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, is the only platform in Russia where all business associations and their leaders sit down at the same table with entrepreneurs and Agency employees and together try to find solutions to domestic problems. That is, it is a synergistic effect that we are creating as a neutral territory for each of them. Tatarstan is the only region where business associations regularly come together, communicate and find points for joint growth. They even take the initiative on their own and collectively organize business trips with entrepreneurs to Tatarstan municipalities to work on organizing new investment business projects on the ground. Thus, the Agency's synergetic force is very powerful, which works well for shaping the investment climate, and the Republic of Tatarstan as a whole, because here we connect different countries of the world, hold large—scale international events. Synergetic platforms, when you involve everyone, in fact inevitably lead to a specific positive financial result, and this can be seen in the overall performance of Tatarstan's economy."
