Kazan Marina is recognized as a priority investment project

The head of the Agency, Taliya Minullina, took part in a working meeting of the Raisa of Tatarstan with the Director General of the Tourism Corporation.Russian Federation by Sergey Krasnoperov.

We discussed the implementation of an investment project to create a year-round Kazan Marina resort in the Laishevsky district. In 2025, the preparation of territorial planning documents for the project was completed.  This year, it is planned to submit design and estimate documentation for the facilities of the resort's supporting infrastructure for state examination.

The Kazan Marina complex project will be the first center built in the last 30 years with a full-service marina for 300 yachts. On an area of 72.9 hectares, it is planned to build nine investment lots with 3-4 "star" hotel facilities with a total number of 1,250 rooms. The resort will become one of the centers of the interregional tourist route "The Great Volga Way". After commissioning, the new facility will be able to accommodate up to 620,000 tourists per year.

The future Kazan Marina resort is recognized as a priority investment project, which will provide additional benefits to investors during the implementation of the project.

Some of the sites have already been secured by investment agreements with the corporation "Tourism.RF". The project continues to attract new investors, including through ready-made infrastructure and a reduced property tax.
