Naberezhnye Chelny TOP: residents' tax deductions 2.5 times exceeded the amount of benefits

The total volume of investments in 2025 is planned at 104.6 billion rubles. Enterprises are actively attracting federal funds: the Industrial Development Fund has supported six projects worth 6.5 billion rubles.
The status of a priority development Area (TOP), awarded to the city ten years ago, has proven its effectiveness. The tax deductions of 50 TOP resident companies exceeded the amount of benefits provided by 2.5 times. This has created a solid foundation for the transformation of Naberezhnye Chelny into a multidisciplinary industrial center.
