Educational seminar for Municipal Investment Commissioners 2026 #1 on their role
The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan continued a series of seminars for municipal investment commissioners, which began in 2025, and on February 26 returned to the topic of the role of municipal investment commissioners: their motivation, their powers and tasks.
The agency has prepared new inspiring examples of the best practices of other regions of Russia in promoting their territories and discussed with colleagues from municipalities cases of their achievements, some of which are unique to Russia, such as Tatarstan's strong practice of activating compatriots.
The Agency also informed its municipal partners in working with investors about the consolidation of their role at the legislative level in the Federal Law "On Investment Activities in the Russian Federation carried out in the form of Capital Investments," which passed the first reading in the State Duma.
At the end and on the eve of the next seminar on investment profiles, the Agency invited colleagues from municipalities to check and update them.
