These days, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, is working at the site of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum Energoprom. The Agency's work on the first day of the forum:
1. The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of the State program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Energy Resource Efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2025 and tasks for 2026" was held on April 1. Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, took part in its work. The Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, Eduard Sheremettsev, participated on behalf of the federal center. Opening the meeting, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin outlined priorities in the development of regional energy. Among the key tasks are the development of energy infrastructure, increasing the reliability of the energy system, and the introduction of modern technological solutions. During the meeting, issues of energy development, energy efficiency improvement, cooperation between the federal center and the regions, as well as the practice of implementing sectoral projects were discussed. According to tradition, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the competition for the best achievements in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency by the end of 2025.

2. The meeting of the Agency with the Minister of Oil and Natural Resources of Yemen, Mohammed Abdullah Ali Bamakaa, was effectively held at the forum site. The issues of increasing the business activity of Tatarstan's foreign partners were discussed both within the framework of international economic events held by the republic and through a private initiative of entrepreneurs.
3. A round table within the framework of the ENERGOPROM forum with JSC Grid Company was held the day before. Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, spoke at the event. Topic of the report: "The energy sector of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the investment map. Status and prospects". Taliya Minullina outlined the main challenges of the republic in the energy sector in the implementation of investment projects and gave recommendations on how to reduce the tariff burden without universal reduction. She also named priority areas for the development of energy efficiency in Tatarstan.
