Taliya Minullina takes part in "The discovery of talents" plenary session

On 3 and 4 December 2014 was held the International Forum "The discovery of talents" with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. This is an open scientific and technological platform, where participate experts, researchers, teachers, educators and leaders, involved in the developing of talents and capabilities, abilities of young people. Among the key partners of the Forum are heads of personnel services of companies, enterprises, organizations and innovative projects in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The opening ceremony, as well as in the plenary session was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

During the forum took place design studio and a strategic session "Roadmap of talent management in the Republic of Tatarstan".

During the forum was adopted state program of strategic talent management for the period from 2015 to 2020.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency noted the need to attract talented young people to develop the economy of Tatarstan and improve the quality of population’s life.
