Turkish businessmen acquaint with the investment potential of Tatarstan

A meeting with representatives of the «Form Sunger» company, a member of one of the largest holdings of the Republic of Turkey - Boydak Holding (founded in 1957) was held in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Form Sunger specializes in producing high quality rubber, which is used in the manufacture of furniture, textiles, medical products, viscoelastic pillows, packaging, materials for insulation. The event was attended by representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as the Association of furniture and woodworking enterprises of Tatarstan and a number of commercial structures.

At the beginning of the meeting to the guests were shown a presentation of investment infrastructure and economic potential of Tatarstan.

"The Turkish business is a longtime friend of our republic. Special relationship is promoted by the common roots, mental and cultural closeness of our peoples, and, of course, successful joint projects in the sphere of economy. Every year Tatarstan is becoming more comfortable for investment. Also today investing in our republic contributes to the situation in the monetary and foreign exchange market", - said TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

Form Sunger Director Mehmet Ali Yoryuk noted that Tatarstan is a very attractive platform for production locating. He underscored that the presentation materials of Tatarstan will be presented to the holding’s companies, as well as invited TIDA Chief Executive to visit Turkey on a return visit. TIDA will continue interaction with Turkish companies.
