Investment Portal Project and Strategy 2030 was discussed at the Public Council under TIDA

On March 5 was held a meeting of the Public Council under Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.The agenda included discussion of two important issues for the republic (the concept of the Investment portal and proposals in the "Investment Policy" section of the Strategy 2030) and, in this context, an advisory body meeting was held in an enlarged format. Thus, in the discussion participatedrepresentatives of the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, AV Group Institute and a number of other structures.Social activists discussed TIDA proposals in Section 3.3.3 "Investment Policy" of set of measures to implement the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030.In particular, the package of proposals included activities such as the development of a special state program of Tatarstan investment development, methods of rating of investment attractiveness of the territories of Tatarstan, regular parliamentary auditions on the implementation of the projects included in the investment memorandum, the creation of a special Investment fund, conducting training activities. TIDAformed pool, which includes more than 65 specific proposals.Public Council supported the list of activities and also proposed a number of amendments, which will be compulsorily taken into account when finalizing the draft document.Members of the Public Council were introduced by the concept of a new Investment portal (an Internet-resource is also planned to include in a set of Strategy measures) - a virtual platform and "showcase" of the investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.Content of the portal will be presented in 10 languages of the world,locationof video addresses of existing foreign investors and creation a virtual tour of the opportunities provided by the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In addition, as part of the resource will be given the opportunity to implement targeted, personalized "feedback" to a potential investor."The concept of the portal was created with the world's best practices. Analyzed hundreds of sites, the working group identified the best of them, were taken into account the rating of the World Bank. New Investment portal of Tatarstan will be as simple as possible, but informative, understandable and useful. Our task – is to not only take into account global trends, but also stay one step ahead. Strategy 2030 and the portal - is ambitious republic-wide projects. That is why we have initiated a broad discussion within the Public Council, which involves competent and constructive personality representing the spectrum of public institutions. We are open to suggestions of all concerned", - said TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.Members of the Public Council generally supported the presented concept, but made a number of substantive proposals. In addition, TIDA Chief Executive noted that the opinions and suggestions will also be taken after the meeting of the advisory body.Practice of discussions on TIDA’s important projects with the public will continue. The meeting of the 2025 Investors Club has ended in Kazan. The meeting took place in the Sapphire Conference Hall of the Noble Millenium Panorama 5* Hotel. The event was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, members of the Government of the Republic, heads of enterprises and businessmen, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps of China, India, Turkey and other countries.
On December 19, Kazan will host the annual meeting of the Investor Club, during which the winner in the Investor of the Year nomination will be determined. The award will be presented to the best by Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This week, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an exchange of experience in the videoconference format with colleagues from 2 regions: the Tomsk Region and the Perm Territory.
Today, Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke at the plenary session of the XVI Russian-Indian Business Dialogue in Moscow. The topic of the meeting is "Strengthening the strategic partnership between India and Russia in a changing world order."
