On the way to the "Blue Ocean": internship in Singapore

Today began training of the heads of municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan in the city-state of Singapore. The delegation is headed by the member of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina. Training will be held from 25 to 29 May.

Actualization of cooperation with Singapore in the field of training related to the fact that Tatarstan starts the phased implementation of the Strategy 2030, according to which the Republic is to become a competitive global growth pole. The ambitious goal, set out in the document, can’t be realized without effective competitive, constantly improving state apparatus. In turn, Singapore is recognized as expert state where accumulated the best international practices in the field of training.

The visit program, in particular, includes seminars "Singapore's experience in attracting investments and investment policy", "Practical view at the structure of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, the principles of governance", "Singapore - a unified and sustainable society", " Singapore's housing policy", "Singapore Civil Service Personnel Policy"," Introduction to the fiscal policy of Singapore"," Project management in the public sector".

Big attention will be paid to the concept of "Blue Ocean", according to which need to generate ideas that allow creating not a pre-existing demand for new market ("Blue Ocean").
