The Russian government sets new requirements for industrial parks

The new requirements are fixed in the Decree of August 4, 2015 №794 «On the industrial parks and management companies of industrial parks". Decision made by the Ministry of Industry in pursuance of the Federal Law of December 31, 2014 №488-FZ "On industrial policy in the Russian Federation and the order of the Government of the Russia”.

Signed decree establishes the requirements for industrial parks and management companies of industrial parks and the rules of verification of compliance with these requirements.

Thus, the Government of the Russian Federation held the division of industrial parks in the two categories: existing parks and industrial park under the construction.

The use of measures incentive activities in industry, established by normative documents, will be implemented with the compliance of existing parks or industrial park under the construction to these requirements, which productivity is higher comparing with the manufacturing industry, appropriate space and infrastructure.

Industrial parks will have to obtain confirmation of compliance in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation every 3 years if they intend to use the measures of incentive activities. The Ministry will carry out maintenance of the register of the industrial parks and management companies that meet the requirements.

Application of measures of incentive will start on January 1, 2016.
