17 October 2015, Saturday

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency held a regular meeting of the competition committee for the selection of TIDA’s personnel reserve.
TIDA is the state body that attracts investment and supports investment projects on the principle of "single window", which implies a continuous tool improvement in attracting capital to the republic.
"The competition for investment increases with each passing year. That is why we are interested in the provision of personnel, which consists of creative, professional and motivated people", - says the Agency’s Chief Executive  and the Head of the commission Taliya Minullina.
Of course, most of the questions related to the professional aspects: "How is allocated land for the investment project?", "What do you know about the stages of project support?", "What are the rights and duties of a public servant?", "Give me an example of global best practices of work with investors"... This is just part of the questions that the contestants had to answer.
However, a meeting of the personnel committee held quite diverse: there were severe questions of the "jury" about the details of the investment process, the public service, personal and life motivation, dreams and priorities in life, and much more interesting.

"My dream - to be the Assistant to the President", - said in her presentation one of the candidates. However, with the participation of the committee members the rate” have been raised to the level of Assistant to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
Someone wants to go to Mongolia, other participant of the event wanted to visit Ireland.
One of the contestants were asked to calculate how much will be 627 х 8. The answer was not accurate, but close to the right result.
Participants of the commission interested with name of the speaker. "One of the meanings - Prince" said Malik modestly.
Some participants of the event seemed to be very self-critical and their presentations began with shortcomings. Which is understandable when you consider the version that the disadvantages - the continuation of advantages.
However, professional communication was not limited only with the presentations, the questions of strict jury, but also the dialogue.
Members of the Commission also had to answer questions about the motivation in their work.
"Professional development", - said the Head of the commission. There were some answers: "I feel that my job is needed", "I work in the specialty that has chosen in my youth, and I am happy" and others.
As known, Tatarstan is the center of attraction for many people (by 2030 the republic should go to the next level of attraction). This was appeared in the fact that some candidates came from other regions of the Russian Federation.
On the question about what Tatarstan can learn from the Ulyanovsk region in working with investors, the region’s representative answered: "Rather, the question should be asked conversely”.
Tatar adage says: "Happiness - in action!" (Herekette bereket).
This means that not rest on our laurels but improve and move to new heights. However, Tatarstan does so.
