What have top 500 innovative ideas for 10 years of the contest’s history contributed to the republic's economy, and what is the efficiency of an additional 50 ideas of 2015?

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, a member of the Board of Trustees of Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund, took part in its meeting chaired by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. During the discussion, the Agency has raised the question about the economic effect of the contest for the Republic of Tatarstan and was designated the need to monitor the process of implementation of ideas.
The Annual contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" collects the scientific works of scientists, inventors, engineers and technical workers and students. The introduction of innovative solutions needed to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of Tatarstan: the emergence of new technologies, industries and services. This year's contest received 2273 applications - the highest number of applications over the 11 years of contest’s history. In the evening in "Korston" was honoring the winners.
Taliya Minullina notes: "We have carefully studied these ideas. Their implementation in the future will directly impact on the quality of life of the population, for example a project to develop algorithms for calculating X-rhythms for automatic diagnosis of diseases of the chest cavity on a digital X-ray image or a project to develop a method for the recovery of degraded DNA. This invention relates to the field of health care, modernization of which is the life expectancy of our and future residents of Tatarstan, including investors."
As directed by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov currently is preparing proposals for the possible increasing of efficiency of contest with respect to the republican economy, including ordering for new technologies of the enterprises.
On May 13, 2026, participants of KazanForum 2026 will have the opportunity to take part in organized industrial tours to leading enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The program includes visits to organizations such as KAMAZ, Tatneft, the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Innopolis University, and other industrial and innovation sites.
Today, Maria Krivenkova, Deputy Head of the Agency, conducted digital Literacy Lessons with younger students of Lyceum No. 79 in Kazan. These classes are part of the mandatory cycle of educational events for the authorities of the Digital Education project, which is being implemented within the framework of the national project "Data Economics" and the national goal "Technological Leadership".
As part of the on—site monitoring, specialists from the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the investor, IN PARK KAZAN LLC (developer of the DoorHan concern), with the project "Creation of a logistics technopark in the territory of the Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan."
