Tatarstan Extends the Range of International Cooperation

Within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was signed a memorandum on cooperation on investment in the building of Gestamp Automoson company plant in Tatarstan Republic territory. 

The memorandum was signed by Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov, Vice-Prezident of Gestamp Automoson Francisco Lopez, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Russian Federation Juan Antonio March Pujol.

During St. Petersburg International Economic Forum other Russian and Spanish companies concluded a treaty on cooperation in the spheres of railways, oil production and investment activities.

In particular, Alliance Oil Company and Repsol Spanish Company signed a memorandum on collaboration in geological survey, oil and gas production.

In addition, the contract was signed for the development and delivery of passenger trains between the Russian Railways and Talgo Spanish Company.

Business negotiations between Arab business partners and the representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan continued at Islamic Business and Finance summit in Kazan.
