A new production of nanocomposite coatings started in Republic of Tatarstan

Today in Kazan in the territory of Himgrad technopolis a new production of nanocomposite coatings from Advenira Enterprises Inc. (USA) was launched, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Management Board of  "UK Rusnano" LLC Anatoly Chubais took part in the opening of the TAT-Advenera plant.

"Advenira" LLC is an international company engaged in the creation and implementation of liquid nanocomposite materials used in the production of anticorrosive, protective, optical and functional coatings. The project company was founded in 2010 in the Silicon Valley by a group of Russian specialists and is a portfolio company of Rosnano.

The Russian company "Advenira" started its activity in March 2016 in the territory of New Moscow in Troitsk. The decision to open a factory in Kazan on the Himgrad site came after a detailed study of the project: an official visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan to California took place, within the framework of which the Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Talia Minullina visited the Advenira office, and the representatives of the company visited the Republic of Tatarstan with a return visit.

New project is implemented within the framework of Advenira enterprises Inc. general development strategy and aims at the effective provision of materials to industrial partners in the countries CIS, Asia-Pacific and the European Union, as well as to provision of current sales representatives in China, Japan and the island of Taiwan. 

Thus, the company implements the strategy of full localization of its technologies in Russia to create solutions and equipment for coatings, while creating a powerful base for providing customers with turn-key solutions.

Unlike most existing technologies for application of functional coatings that require high temperature, deep vacuum to deposit coatings, patented coatings from the company "Advenira" do not require large expenses, since they can be applied under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure. The coating technology from a solution is quite capable in competing with widely known vacuum methods (physical and chemical deposition of materials, atomic-force deposition) and non-vacuum (galvanization, plasma spraying, salt baths).

In a complex production environment, the company pays great attention to high quality of products and services at lower costs.

At the first stage of the "TAT-Advena" project, it is planned to set up production of protective nano-solutions, in the future the production of optical solutions will also be localized.
