The congress is held by the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR) once every 2 years.

The head of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development, Talia Minullina, as part of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the work of the Third Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan. As part of it, Rais RT met with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zhamshid Khojaev.

In the last week of September, the Lomonosov Science and Technology Center came into the spotlight thanks to the Russian Public-Private Partnership Week. From the 26th to the 29th, the cluster became a unique platform for building a live dialogue and sharing experience in the field of PPP. About 1,200 people attended the event, and about 7,000 spectators watched the process online.
