5 employees raised their English proficiency from A2 to C1 in order to better find a common language with foreign partners.
Yulia Galeeva, a leading specialist in the investment attraction coordination department, is taking the course "Beginner Civil Servant". Thanks to this program, employees can quickly adapt to the professional environment, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their official activities, and also study state legislation, the basic principles of work in the civil service and the basics of official conduct ethics.
Head of the Legal and Documentation Support Department Maria Krivenkova completed her training under the HSMU "Beginner Manager" program. The course includes skills in working with digital assistants, organizing and monitoring the effective work of a team, professional ethics, and motivating employees.
Together with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agency is introducing AI into the work of its employees. On January 24, training was held in the GosPrompt system, which operates on the basis of artificial intelligence. The new tool allows you to save a lot of time when compiling text documents, tables, analyzing business plans, and describing projects. The capabilities of the system were demonstrated to the TIDA team headed by Taliya Minullina by the Commissioner for AI technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Zamaliev.
The tradition of "Friday training" in the Agency also continues. This day of the week is designated for acquiring new skills and improving efficiency.
On January 14, the Agency's team was trained in first aid skills in emergency situations - rules for stopping bleeding, applying a tourniquet, and actions for burns.
On January 31, TIDA employees participated in a master class by Azat Gazizov, a specialist in creating federal communities and the first vice president of OPORA RUSSIA.
