CIS States Small Entrepreneurship Support and Development Advisory Council

XIII Meeting of CIS States Small Entrepreneurship Support and Development Advisory Council will be held on 6-7 October in Kazan. Within the framework of the meeting, Director of Small and Medium-size Entrepreneurship Development Department of Russian Federation Economic Development Ministry Natalia Larionova will visit the Republic of Tatarstan. The upcoming event will be organized by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA).

Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine and other countries will participate in the meeting.

Among the guests of the meeting are Deputy Chairman of GC Vnesheconombank Mikhail Kopeykin, Director of SME Finance Department of JSC SME Bank Mikhail Afanasyev, Director of Business Development and Innovation Department of Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Vyshegorodtsev, Head of International Cooperation of Small and Medium-size Entrepreneurship Development Department of Economic Development Ministry of the Russian Federation Igor Korelsky, and other officials.

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov will also take part in the meeting.

On the first day of the meeting Deputy Chairman of GC Vnesheconombank Mikhail Kopeykin will make a presentation on small and middle-size entrepreneurship financing problems.

Director of Business Development and Innovation Department of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Vyshegorodtsev will talk about small businesses support institutes. Also, technology parks and incubators prospects, experiences and problems are going to be discussed by the delegates of the Advisory Council.

On the second day of the meeting Advisory Council members will talk about Innovative cooperation interstate program of CIS member states, which is valid until 2020, and informative-analytical review of small business.  

Idea Technopark, Sviyaga Business Incubator, Agro-Industrial Park construction of the Republic of Tatarstan will be visited by the participants of the meeting.
