Meeting With Representatives of JSC Anchor Bank

Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov met with representatives of JSC Anchor Bank. Opportunities for cooperation on project financing of small and middle-size entrepreneurship of Tatarstan Republic were discussed during the meeting.

Infrastructure of JSC Anchor Bank is represented by a network of a main office and five branch offices in Kazan. In 2003, the Bank opened an operational office in Cheboksary. In 2009, a branch office was opened in Moscow and an operational office in Vladimir.

Project finance

Project finance is the long term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects based upon the projected cash flows of the project rather than the balance sheets of the project sponsors. Usually, a project financing structure involves a number of equity investors, known as sponsors, as well as a syndicate of banks or other lending institutions that provide loans to the operation.
