Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov participated in Brasil Tech Russia 2011 Conference

Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov took part in Brasil Tech Russia 2011 Conference, which was devoted to technical achievements of Brazil and opportunities for further cooperation between Brazil and Russia. The event was organized by Apex-Brasil Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency and Embassy of Brazil in the Russian Federation.

At the conference, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov held several meetings. In particular, he met with managers of DHB Componentes Automotivos Company, the largest manufacturer of steering systems in South America, SBU Company, a manufacturer of brass fasteners, Stara Company, one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery in South America, Transpetro Company, the largest shipowner in Latin America and the largest logistics company in Brazil.

It was told about opportunities for cooperation and establishing new enterprises in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with local companies.

In the framework of the conference there were organized seminars, during which advanced technologies of Brazil were presented. Presentations were in areas in which Brazil is a leader in the world market (oil and gas, banking technology, electronic payment system, technologies for agriculture).
