For Bashkortostan, Tatarstan is not only a friendly neighbouring republic, but also an example for development. A large delegation headed by the Head of the Administration of Kumertau Urban District Boric Belyaev visited Tatarstan Investment Development Agency to learn the experience of strengthening the economic potential and improving the investment climate.

"I am very pleased you have found the time to visit our republic. We perceive you like our brothers, because in many ways our history, culture and languages are similar. The goals and objectives of our work are also consonant. I have never been to Kumertau, but I am glad that now I have friends there," - the Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina greeted the guests.

"We are honored to meet you today. Kumertau is a small town, which, thanks to a strong team has the status of advanced development territory. Indeed, our friendly relations with Tatarstan are reflected in many ways, including the overall direction. For example, Kazan helicopter plant, Kumertau aviation enterprises are brothers. 

The main purpose of our visit is to gain a unique experience in working with residents, investors, especially foreign ones, because you do it perfectly, and, surely, try to apply these best practices, which is very difficult for us, because we are far from M5 and M7", - Boris Belyaev noted.

Taliya Minullina answered all the questions of the guests, told about staffing of the Agency, its activities, where and how to identify a potential investor, and most importantly – how to make him a partner.

Taliya Minullina noted that the Agency's specialists speak several foreign languages, understand investment activities and business planning. 

The Agency's work includes the formation of the image of the whole republic, presentation of economic and investment opportunities both within the country and around the world.

As Taliya Minullina noted, the main issue in work with investors is to realize the competitive advantages and offer the best conditions directly for the implementation of the project of a particular client.

Boris Belyaev thanked Tatarstan in the face of Taliya Minullina for immersion in a successful environment and expressed hope for further cooperation.
