Round table "Ecosystem of identification, support and consolidation of gifted children and youth in science, sports and art"
About 30 heads of production and educational departments gathered today at the site of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan a large round table on the topic "Ecosystem of identification, support and consolidation of gifted children and youth in science, sports and art" with the participation of the Head of the Educational Foundation "Talent and Success" Elena Shmeleva. Head of the Agency Taliya Minullina also acted as a speaker at this meeting.
The main issues raised by the speakers at the round table were the implementation of state programs for talent management in the country, the development of human capital in Tatarstan, the challenges facing the economy and education, as well as the interaction of universities with specialized educational centers and the formation of an environment for youth self-realization.
“What we saw in Tatarstan, those projects that are actively developing here, obviously form the basis of the economy, need new personnel, and make it possible for such a rich educational, resource, and creative environment to take place. The tasks that the republic and the country as a whole have, they are very consonant with the tasks of development of the young generation, the tasks of integration into the professional community and education ”, - the head of the Educational Foundation“ Talent and Success ”Elena Shmeleva opened the meeting.
The head of the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, in turn, spoke about the importance of the tasks that the younger generation sets for the economy and education, and how to train competitive personnel for tasks at the national level.
“The global challenges of society give global challenges to the system of economic development. Without understanding the global agenda of personnel policy, without understanding what place we want to occupy in it, we will not be able to advance in any way. This creates such challenges as limited resources, both human and natural, an increase in the quality of life for all strata of the population, and of course, a flexible education system, ”Taliya Minullina outlined such points in addressing the issue of economic and educational spheres.
The sphere of education is one of the most dynamically developing areas in politics of any region or country. The concept of lifelong learning and multi-discipline skills is gaining popularity in all developed regions.
“The future of education lies in an interdisciplinary approach, digitalization of all stages of education and teamwork in realizing the potential of future generations,” says the head of the Agency.
In 2019, an agreement was signed between Tatarstan and the Talent and Success Foundation, within the framework of which, on the basis of the University of Talents, a Republican center for identifying and supporting gifted children and youth was created based on the model of the Sirius Educational Center.
