The Swedish Embassy visiting the Agency
The head of the economy department of the Swedish Embassy in Russia, Mikael Bente, met today within the walls of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan with its head Talia Minullina.
The department of trade relations of the Swedish Embassy in the Russian Federation visited the republic for the first time. At the meeting, the sides discussed strengthening cooperation and establishing ties with business representatives in Sweden.
"It would be interesting for us to hold a meeting between entrepreneurs from Sweden and representatives of the economic sector of Tatarstan within the framework of the days of Sweden in Tatarstan, which are planned in March-April 2022 in Kazan," said Mr. Bente.
Also, the Swedish side noted its interest in the agro-industrial complex of the republic. The goals of Sweden were once directed mainly towards St. Petersburg, our closest neighbor, now the interest has shifted to other advanced regions of the country, the trade representative of the Embassy added.
