Opening of the KRAVT hotel
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the KRAVT HOTEL KAZAN AIRPORT hotel complex.
The new hotel is a multifunctional hotel complex near the Kazan International Airport and the Kazan Expo exhibition complex.
The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the event. And about. Head Insaf Galiev, as part of the delegation of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, appreciated the fruits of the Agency's work on the implementation of the investment project. In 2018, the investor - TatKravtInvest LLC (part of the KRAVT GROUP group of companies) - sent a request for the implementation of a large-scale investment project "Construction of a hotel complex on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan", which the Agency satisfied. And so, the volume of investments under the project amounted to more than 2.8 billion rubles, about 230 jobs were created. On nine floors of the hotel there are rooms of various categories: studios, junior suites and suites, apartments and a presidential suite, there are also standard rooms for guests with disabilities. In total, the hotel can accommodate up to 500 people at a time. The interiors of the complex are decorated with national Tatar motifs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the investors at the opening of the new hotel. He noted that this is a good example of cooperation with an investor.
“We see with what soul this project was implemented,” said Rustam Minnikhanov. - There is no doubt that the object will be in demand. Nearby - the airport and the exhibition center "Kazan Expo".
In October 2018, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan received a request for the implementation of a large-scale investment project "Construction of a hotel complex on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan". The project provides for the construction and equipping of the hotel complex and landscaping, already 3 years later the company received a permit for admission to the operation of the hotel complex, which was soon examined by a delegation of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
