The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA) met today with Regus, a company that provides office accommodation services.
TIDA Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, Tatarstan Development Corporation (TDC) CEO Bulat Gayanov, Regus Director in Russia Irina Baeva, Regus Director of Development in Russia Olga Musienko, and Cushman & Wakefield leading consultant in Tatarstan Elena Stryukova participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, Regus representatives explained their plans to begin working in regional Russia in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield. Company representatives also noted that during their time in Kazan they were prepared to look at a range of office space in the center of the Tatarstan capital. According to Irina Baeva, Regus is also ready to consider Tatarstan as a place to open a regional office.

Irina Baeva also mentioned that she had heard of Kazan Smart City, continuing by asking a series of questions related to the development of the project. After watching a video animation of the master plan and seeing a presentation of Kazan Smart City, she said that the Regus was ready to discuss the possibility of opening an office on the territory of Kazan Smart City.
