Meeting with the plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan

Today in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency was a meeting of TIDA, Tatarstan Export Corporation representatives and the plenipotentiary representative of Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan Airat Hasanov.

The meeting was also attended by TIDA Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, Tatarstan Export Corporation CEO Airat Nazmeev and Tatarstan Export Corporation Deputy CEO Aidar Abdrahmanov.

Participants discussed the opportunities and perspectives of joint work of Tatarstan Export Corporation and the plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan. Airat Hasanov noted that the Tatars forms a large part of the Republic of Kazakhstan population. He also added that on the Kazakhstan territory there are a number of associations of Tatarstan businessmen, works “Kazan” business club and such enterprises like KAMAZ and “Niznekamskshina”.

Tatarstan Export Corporation CEO Airat Nazmeev in reply said about corporation’s work, noting the support of non-oil exports, interaction with small and medium business and work with large Tatarstan enterprises.

Sides also discussed the possibility of Tatarstan companies’ participation in International exhibition 2017, which will be hold in Astana.

In the end of the discussion participants agreed to develop specific areas of collaboration.
