Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Drozhzhanovsky district
Drozhzhanovsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Drozhzhanovsky district, Marat Gafarov, said that an important indicator of the development of the district is the volume of gross territorial product, which at the end of last year amounted to 8.6 billion rubles, in 2022 in comparable prices increased by 15%. The district has set a task for the current year — to reach the level of 9.2 billion rubles.
The implementation of investment projects contributes to the sustainable development of the district. The growth rate of investments in fixed assets in 2022 is 170%, in total, 1.9 billion rubles were invested.
In May, a new investor, the Chistopolye Holding Company, created new agricultural enterprises — LLC "Yeast Dawn Agro" and LLC "Molko-Yeast". The farms have approved a roadmap for development until 2026. The farm of LLC "Yeast Dawn Agro", specializes in crop production. Farm plans for 2023: construction of a dairy complex for 1,200 cows, the cost of the project is 1.2 billion rubles. It is also planned to install grain drying complexes in the amount of 300 million rubles in three branches.
The farm of LLC "Molko-Yeast" is focused on animal husbandry. In January of this year, the farm launched the first feed center in the area. In order to switch to a more efficient technology for keeping animals, the investor carried out the reconstruction of existing dairy farms in four branches in the amount of 120 million rubles.
One of the main factors of economic development is the formation of a favorable investment climate and attraction of investments. The current residents of the industrial site are increasing production turnover. At the end of the year, the turnover of residents of the industrial site amounted to 189 million rubles, with an increase of 39%.
The site's occupancy rate is 47%. The task of the district for the coming years is to increase the attractiveness of the industrial site, create maximum economically favorable conditions for residents.
On the territory of the industrial park, the resident of Khairat LLC plans to implement a project for the construction of a paper packaging plant with an investment amount of 130 million rubles.
This year, IP "Nizamutdinov I.I." planned the construction of a shopping center with an area of 1500 sq.m. The total investment volume for the reporting year amounted to 30 million rubles.
