Meeting of the commission to consider applications for concluding agreements on the implementation of activities in the priority development area
On April 13, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the commission to consider applications for concluding agreements on the implementation of activities in the priority development territories “Naberezhnye Chelny” and “Zelenodolsk” under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan M.R. Shagiakhmetova
Two proposals for changes to previously concluded agreements and one for the organization of activities were considered.
Changes will be made to the agreement of the resident of the Naberezhnye Chelny ASEZ for the project of the Plant for the production of spare parts for trucks "KMD NC".
The main changes are planned in terms of increasing capital investments and the number of jobs in connection with an increase in the design capacity of the project.
It is planned to reach the design capacity of 100% in 2026, i.e. in the 8th year from the start of the project. The project contributes to the development of the Russian automotive components market. Demand in the market for spare parts for trucks is growing, which is biased towards Russian and Chinese brands due to their price advantages. The project is aimed at import substitution and has high export potential. Its cost is 316.7 million rubles.
Changes will also be made to the agreement of the resident of the Zelenodolsk ASEZ on the project “Creation of production of electrical equipment of an extended list with localization of the power supply system” “PC ENMI” in connection with the addition of new types of products. Additional equipment was purchased, which increased the need to attract qualified personnel. After the changes, including a change of counterparties, the total cost of capital investments for the project as a resident of the ASEZ will be 23.8 million rubles. The total number of newly created jobs at the design capacity will be 157 jobs.
PC ENMI LLC received resident status of the Zelenodolsk ASEZ on October 5, 2020. The investment project is being successfully implemented. In 2021, production of products began according to the previously announced nomenclature, and contracts were concluded with consumers. Currently, the following items have been added to the list of manufactured products: solar power plant metal structures; parcel lockers; lighting supports; power supply installations; guaranteed uninterruptible power supply systems; climate cabinets; switchboard equipment.
Also at the meeting of the commission, an application for concluding an agreement on the implementation of activities in the Naberezhnye Chelny ASEZ under the project “Organization of production of blanks and components for household appliances” of the KVETTOR Metal Products Plant was considered. The total cost of the investment project is 29.0 million rubles.
This investment project is aimed at the specialized organization of production and production of blanks and components for Haier brand household appliances in Russia. The project initiator has established relationships with suppliers and consumers. Therefore, capital expenditures and future sales are confirmed in the form of formal contracts. The special status of a resident of a priority development area allows you to receive tax benefits. The released amounts will be used for reinvestment. Favorable economic and geographical location and transport accessibility, actively developing infrastructure will ensure delivery of products throughout Russia and abroad.
The meeting participants approved all submitted applications.
