The Etalon group laid the foundation for “Happiness in Kazan”
Representatives of the "Etalon" company arrived at the Agency for acquaintance. The meeting was chaired by Igor Sapunov, deputy of the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the investor relations section took part. The company shared its achievements and plans for work in Tatarstan. The parties discussed possible topics for further cooperation.
The Agency’s guests also visited the Unified Presentation Center to get acquainted with the indicators of Tatarstan.
The day before, on Cosmonautics Day, a symbolic Time Capsule was laid into the foundation of the “Happiness in Kazan” residential complex. The opening took place with the participation of builders, architects, representatives of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and journalists, Deputy Minister of Construction of Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, head of the administration of the Aircraft Construction and Novo-Savinsky districts Fanis Nurmukhametov.
Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development Marina Epifantseva welcomed the guests of the ceremony:
“Residential construction makes up 23% of investments in fixed assets (205 billion rubles) and 26.4% of construction activities. In 2022, residential construction activity decreased by 13%. We hope that thanks to the implementation of projects in Tatarstan by one of the largest corporations in the field of development and construction in Russia, this figure will increase. The Yuit company was among the top 100 companies in Tatarstan in terms of investments in fixed assets, and we are glad that the Etalon group plans to make an equally significant contribution to the economy of Tatarstan.”
Vice President for the Volga region of the Etalon Group, Khadis Huseynov, said: “Today we are giving a symbolic start to the construction of the new residential complex “Happiness in Kazan.” In the next 2 years, Etalon Group will build modern houses that meet the highest standards of quality and safety for all our residents. A residential complex will appear here, which will provide everything for a comfortable and happy life. I am pleased to note that the portfolio of the Etalon Group in Kazan is being replenished with projects that allow us to improve the quality of life of our customers, preserve and enhance all the best that our city has.”
At the end of the speech, the honored guests of the event and the management of the Etalon Group signed letters to the future and placed them in symbolic “time capsules” with hand-minted souvenir coins. The capsules were placed in a special concrete cube installed on the construction site. At the end of the event, with the help of a tower crane, it was moved to the base of one of the buildings of the residential complex “Happiness in Kazan” and, to the applause of those gathered, the pouring of concrete was officially started.
The Etalon Group paid attention to detail and integrated the most modern engineering and architectural solutions into the project, as well as the wealth of experience accumulated by the company over 35 years of work in the market. The new residential complex of the federal developer “Happiness in Kazan” is being built next to the picturesque park and recreational area “Savinovo” on the banks of the Kazanka River. The total realized area of the project will be 45 thousand square meters. m. The first stage of the residential complex "Happiness in Kazan" includes two buildings of different number of floors - 19 and 20 floors.
They will house built-in commercial and office space, as well as a two-story indoor parking lot.
The construction of the residential complex “Happiness in Kazan” is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. The Happiness in Kazan project was included in the Etalon Group portfolio in 2022 in connection with the transaction to purchase the Russian business of the YIT concern. The residential complex in the capital of Tatarstan became the third regional project of the Group, which was launched on the market since the beginning of 2022. The company passed the Investment Council in 2021.
