Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Buinsky district

The Buinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

The head of the Buinsky district, Ranis Kamartdinov, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the volume of gross territorial product, which in 2022 will amount to more than 18.77 billion rubles. In 2023, the amount is predicted to be 19.6 billion rubles.

Investments are the basis for further transformations in the economy. The volume of investments in fixed capital for 2022 amounted to 3.7 billion rubles. Their main share is aimed at the development of agricultural and processing industries.

The Avangard agricultural company allocated 590 million rubles of investment for the construction of a livestock complex, a livestock breeders' house, the purchase of breeding heifers from the Czech Republic, and the renewal of a vehicle fleet. This year, construction began: a maternity workshop, a building for dry cows for 150 heads.

The modernization and reconstruction of the sugar factory continues. The volume of investments last year amounted to about 53 million. The plan for 2023 is 564 million rubles.

The Buinsky dairy plant has begun work on the reconstruction of the whey drying shop, which will reduce the cost of production by saving energy resources, increase the volume of products and improve their quality, as well as reduce emissions of harmful substances. The volume of investments amounted to about 55 million rubles.

The industrial park “Buinsk”, the area of which is 26.9 hectares, is becoming a growth point for the region’s economy. The Executive Committee concluded agreements with 4 residents. The occupancy rate of the industrial park is 39.5%. The district faces the task of filling the industrial park to 70%.

On March 20, the Investment Council positively considered the issue of transferring a land plot to the management company UNIPARK; in the future, it is planned to obtain accreditation and provide residents with appropriate benefits and government support measures. This will help attract new residents.

Peasant farm Khasanov began construction of a complex for the cultivation and deep processing of valuable fish species. Due to the lack of fish feed, there was a need to build a plant for the production of feed, previously purchased in European countries. The total investment will be about 650 million rubles.

Individual entrepreneur Dmitry Kurnosov plans to build outdoor houses in the village of Bolshaya Karlanga, the investment volume will be 15 million rubles.
