Today, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding JSC was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was chaired by Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. During the meeting, a number of innovative projects were considered.
PhosAgro has developed a plant growth stimulator based on silicon. Such fertilizers increase yields by up to 80% and protect them from various stresses. Dmitry Dorofeev, manager of the PhosAgro Innovation Center, spoke about this. Silicon is the most common element in the earth's crust after oxygen. This element stimulates rapid seed germination and plant development, and also increases the effectiveness of biological products. At the same time, it protects living organisms from heavy metals and nitrates. Silicon also accumulates moisture in the soil and releases it to plants.
In the Cheremshansky district of Tatarstan, the drug is already being tested by NanoKremniy LLC, said First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov. According to him, there is no explosive effect yet, but this drug is interesting and can be tested at the Kazan Agrarian University. Rustam Minnikhanov supported this proposal.
The technology for purifying oil from sulfur and metals using electromagnetic fields was presented by Egor Spiridonov, executive director of Maxinvest LLC (Moscow). This does not require expensive catalysts, reagents and other chemicals. The new cleaning method allows you to obtain useful products instead of metal deposits, coke and other by-products. “We managed to achieve insanely low power consumption. The components (NaOH) are cheaper than table salt,” the speaker emphasized. The technology was successfully tested at oil refineries of LUKOIL, Slavneft and Rosneft. “Tatoilgaz worked with them for a long time. All the figures are confirmed,” said Rafinat Yarullin.
“This topic is very serious for us,” summed up Rustam Minnikhanov. “We need to convene a working group with the participation of TANECO and TAIF-NK.”
The Moscow NPO Zelenopol has developed a fire-retardant coating based on fire-retardant resins. This was announced by Grigory Isaev, Deputy General Director for Scientific Work at LLC. They are capable, for example, of protecting ammunition from detonation inside wooden boxes in the event of a fire. The company also produces composite heat- and moisture-proof paint. The ultra-thin coating can be applied to the surfaces of buildings and structures, machines and installations. The innovative coating is made from hollow glass microspheres, which increases the strength of the product and reduces its weight.
Rustam Minnikhanov proposed opening such a production facility in Tatarstan if the volumes are sufficient.
Training systems, stimulators and simulators for oil and gas enterprises of Tatarstan were proposed by the head of Tenlab LLC Vasil Kayumov. These simulators allow you to improve the skills of specialists, automate and speed up their training. All this will increase production safety. Simulators can be developed in the Visor simulator designer, which was also created by TenLab. These solutions were tested at the enterprises "Sibur-Khimprom" (Perm) and "Biaksplen" (Nizhny Novgorod region). TenLab is a resident of the Innopolis SEZ and IT Park (Kazan).
When asked by Rais Republic about the novelty of the development and its difference from analogues, the speaker replied that it was “inexpensive, fast, and runs on Russian software.” “It would be nice to implement this in educational institutions – colleges and universities,” suggested Rustam Minnikhanov.
At the meeting, issues of holding the annual meeting of shareholders of "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding" were also discussed.
