Investment advice: 11 investment projects worth 23 billion rubles
Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event took place at the Government House of the Republic. Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.
General Director of Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC Ivan Kozhevnikov presented a project for the construction of 4 cryogenic fuel filling points (Cryo-Filling Stations) in the Buinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Nizhnekamsky and Bavlinsky districts. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that gas motor fuel is the future. “This needs to be actively pursued. Very necessary projects in terms of infrastructure development,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
Mikhail Khulapov, a specialist at Tourism.RF Corporation JSC, spoke about the project to create a comprehensive all-season country resort in the Laishevsky district. Earlier, Rais of Tatarstan was introduced to the results of the development of the first stage of the master plan for the tourist territory.
General Director of Fizra LLC Ilshat Gazizov asked to support the project for the construction of football arenas for year-round sports in Kazan and Zelenodolsk. “The project is social and very popular, we support it,” noted Rais of the Republic.
The Krais group of companies plans to open an ice cream and confectionery factory in the Zelenodolsk region (Slavitsa Ice Cream Factory LLC). The production is planned to be located on the territory of the Tura 2.0 industrial park. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that this project will increase the share of milk processing within the republic.
The ART company has prepared a project for the construction of the Rostselmash dealership center. It is also planned to open it in the Tura 2.0 industrial park in the Zelenodolsk district.
The project of Gorodskie Termy LLC involves the construction of a thermal complex in Zelenodolsk. More than 10 types of different saunas and baths, as well as heated swimming pools, will be available to visitors. The investor has already implemented a similar project in Nizhnekamsk.
JSC KIP Master presented a project to create the Technogorod industrial park. The project provides for the construction of the Olympus technology park in the field of electronics industry, laboratories, production buildings, and educational environment. “The project is interesting. Moreover, there is an educational component and competencies in the field of high technology,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina: “In the current situation, it is more difficult to work with investors. Each of them needs an individual approach. Each project requires support to varying degrees. Somewhere there is a road, somewhere there are networks.”
Members of the Investment Council supported all presented projects.
