Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Mamadyshsky district
Mamadysh Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Mamadyshsky district, Anatoly Ivanov, said that the main indicator of the district's activity is the value of the gross territorial product, which amounted to 14.42 billion rubles for 2023, plans for 2023 — 15.13 billion rubles.
Investments are the basis for further transformations in the economy. The volume of investments in fixed assets for the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 563.7 million rubles, which is 15% more than the same period last year.
The point of growth of the district's economy is the Vyatka Industrial Park, whose area is 80 hectares. There are 23 residents on the territory of the industrial park: 6 of them are successfully conducting production activities, 6 residents have built production facilities, are currently importing equipment and plan to launch production this year, the remaining 11 investors have issued land plots and are carrying out preparatory work. The occupancy rate of the industrial park is more than 60%.
Currently, on the territory of the Agricultural Machinery industrial park, LLC TPC Technocom is completing work on launching the production of metal pipes, the opening is scheduled for the end of September.
Yasat LLC plans to launch a marble and granite processing plant this year, the equipment has begun to be imported and installed. The total investment volume will be about 400 million rubles.
The branch of JSC Tatspirtprom "Mamadyshsky Distillery" this year started the construction of the production of whiskey distillate. The volume of investments will amount to more than 100 million rubles.
LLC "Tiitwood" completes the construction of a workshop for the production of terrace boards from larch. The volume of investments at the first stage will amount to more than 12 million rubles.
Mercator LLC has issued a land plot for rent, has begun construction of a building, plans to launch the production of prefabricated houses. The total investment volume of the first stage will be 40 million rubles.
LLC "Recom" is completing a project for the production of cardboard from recycled paper, the volume of investments will amount to 54 million rubles, the launch of production is scheduled for September this year.
LLC "Native Lands" plans to build a "Rosary" on 8 hectares of land. To date, 70 million rubles of investments have been invested. At the first stage, construction is underway on 1.1 hectares.
Today, 2 dairy complexes for 6904 cows, 5 modern feedlots for 28 thousand heads of cattle, 2 feed centers, a meat processing plant with a slaughterhouse are effectively functioning in the advanced agriculture of the agro-industrial complex "Food Program". An elevator with a capacity of 50 thousand tons is being completed, 25 thousand of them have already been launched. Over the past 5 years, the investor has invested almost 6 billion rubles in the implementation of his projects.
At the end of 2022, the district became the winner of the All–Russian competition of small towns and historical settlements with the project "Park of Extreme and Winter Sports", thanks to which three ski slopes and a 400-meter-long steel rope descent will appear in the district center. To date, construction work is in full swing.
On the territory of the ski resort, an investor was found for the construction of a hotel. Currently, work is underway to select a site and prepare a presentation for a speech at the investment council.
