Kazan Smart City were presented at the PROEstate 2013

Today the International Investment Forum on real estate PROEstate - the biggest event in Central and Eastern Europe, which gathers in one place industry leaders from more than 30 countries and 70 cities of Russia, opened in Moscow.

The PROEstate 2013 business program, which will be held in Moscow from 9 to 11 September, was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov and Tatarstan Development Corporation CEO Bulat Gayanov - operator of large-scale investment project in the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan Smart City. From the Government of the republic Tatarstan Investment Development Agency supervises this project.

In the first day of the Forum TIDA Chief Executive took part in a business breakfast “Development in the regions: how to unleash the potential?” There has been discussed the formation of real estate development strategy for the region, the construction of rental housing and the prospects for the development of commercial real estate in the region. A separate discussion dedicated to public-private partnership in the field of real estate.

During the second half of a day was "Investing in regions: expectations and demands of investors" discussion, where Linar Yakupov presented the Kazan Smart City project. Participants discussed the regional tax incentives in attracting funding to the regions, strategies to attract foreign capital to the regions, the developing of the "right" product that meets the requirements of the investor.

On the second day of the Forum TIDA Chief Executive will participate in Investors Club business breakfast «Portrait of the investor and financial instruments." There will be presented the largest investment transactions of key markets in Europe over the past year, and investment partnerships in the real estate market.
