The Vysokogorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Vysokogorsky district, Ravil Khisamutdinov, said that the main indicator of the development of the region is the volume of gross territorial product, which in 2022 amounted to 32.3 billion rubles (with an increase of 117.8% compared to the previous year). The volume of products shipped by industrial enterprises of the region in January-July of this year amounted to 13.7 billion rubles, the growth rate compared to the same period last year was 120.8%. According to estimates, for 8 months the industrial production index amounted to 100.5% The industrial production index for 7 months amounted to 98%
Business support measures
A personal reception remains an effective platform for dialogue between business and government, during which business representatives are consulted and provided with comprehensive support. This year, more than 20 meetings were held in various areas, including 6 meetings with the participation of employees of the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. Thus, this year, 46 organizations in our region took advantage of federal and republican support measures for a total amount of 417.3 million rubles.
Budget and investments
The execution of the district budget for tax and non-tax revenues as of September 1, 2023 amounted to 66% of the revised plan. The total amount of revenues to the district's consolidated budget for 8 months amounted to 1.5 billion rubles. In 2022, the volume of investments in fixed capital amounted to 19.6 billion rubles. (179.8% compared to last year, JSC “Grid Company” - 2.2 billion rubles)
In 2021, the Polygran enterprise launched an investment project as part of import substitution to produce “Composites for the production of SIP cables.” This project is at the completion stage. The cost of investment in the project amounted to 324 million rubles.
The investor LLC Trading House Feed Meal Plant, engaged in the production of fishmeal and fish oil, bought the site necessary for the location of production and plans to launch the construction of production facilities by the end of this year. The total investment for this project will be about 80 million rubles. with the creation of 25 additional jobs.
In 2023, district farms are implementing investment projects totaling more than 425 million rubles. This is the construction of sheds and a fur farm in JSC Biryuli, the construction of a feeding center and a cowshed in JSC Asyan, the purchase of equipment and the construction of a calf barn in the agricultural company Tatarstan.
