The Master Plan of Kazan Smart City participates in the Russian level of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence

The results of the Russian level competition will be announced today at the VII International Investment Forum on real estate PROEstate, which takes place in Moscow on 9-11 September 2013.

FIABCI-Russia - is the Russia-wide stage of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence, one of the world's most prestigious competitions in the field of real estate, which is supported by The Wall Street Journal.

The purpose of the competition is to identify the best objects in the various segments of a real estate market. In 2013, the competition has been held in 11 categories, one of which - the "master plan" nomination, where take part a new investment platform of the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan Smart City.

This competition is held in two stages: the first one – competition for the national award of FIABCI. The winners of the Russian level of the competition become participants in the International competition FIABCI Prix d'Excellence. FIABCI Prix d'Excellence gets project that best embodies excellence in all sectors of the real estate involved in its creation. The victory in the International stage of the competition provides the winner the opportunity to represent, support and develop their projects on a unique international platform, formed from more than 120 professional organizations and more than 60 countries worldwide.

Over the 20 years Gold Award of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence were received by such projects as Paris Disneyland, the PETRONAS Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao (Spain), and the Hong Kong Stadium.
