Head of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development Taliya Minullina spoke at the Institute of International Relations of KFU at the grand opening of the IV International Scientific Forum “Russia and China in a Changing World”
This year the forum is dedicated to the anniversaries of significant events: the 45th anniversary of policy, reform and openness in the PRC, the 10th anniversary of the Russian-Chinese interregional cooperation format "Volga - Yangtze", the 10th anniversary of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and the 205th anniversary of the birth of V.P. Vasilyeva.

“Today the Russian-Chinese issue is more relevant than ever. For the first time in the history of trade and economic relations between Russia and China, trade turnover will reach $200 billion.
