All projects were approved by the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan with a total investment volume of 4 billion 755 million rubles
1. Investment project “Construction of a sports and shooting complex” on the territory of the Almetyevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The project is aimed at developing social and cultural infrastructure and involves the construction of a sports and shooting complex, as well as improving the quality of life and sports opportunities for residents of Almetyevsk. The shooting sports complex includes: - academy (administrative and educational block); - shooting gallery (gallery). The project includes related tourism activities, which, according to investors, will effectively affect the development of the tourism industry and increase the region’s income in Almetyevsk.
Planned number of jobs created: 45 units.
Planned total budget of the investment project (rubles): 1.17 billion rubles.
2. Investment project “Organization of production of modular treatment facilities and underground tanks” on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny (PLASTKAM LLC):
The goal of the investment project is to launch the production of modular treatment facilities: oil catchers, sand catchers and grease catchers. The main purpose of these devices is multi-stage wastewater treatment. The devices are planned to be made from plastic using rotational molding. The technology used allows us to produce products of exceptional strength.
Planned number of jobs created: 15 units.
Planned total budget of the investment project (rubles): 51.638 million rubles.
3.1 Investment project “Creation of a hotel complex” on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny (Cleversport-Hotel LLC):
The project involves the construction of a hotel.
Planned number of jobs created: 50 units.
Planned total budget of the investment project (RUB): 300 million (90 million – own funds, 210 million – borrowed funds)
3.2 Investment project “Construction of a sports club with a thermal complex” on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny (Cleversport-Ring LLC):
Planned number of jobs created: 150 units.
Planned total budget of the investment project (rub.): 1 billion.700 million.
4. Investment project “Creation and operation of a quick access sports club” on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny (LLC “My Station”):
Creation and operation of a quick access sports club “My Station” on the basis of a concession agreement.
Planned number of jobs created: 7 full-time positions and 6 self-employed
Planned total budget of the investment project (rubles): 60.6 million rubles.
5.1. Investment project “Construction of a bathhouse SPA complex as part of the residential microdistrict “Green Valley” on the territory of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (LLC “Specialized developer Green Valley”):
The main idea of the project is the construction of a bath complex with SPA services in the Zelenodolsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the project, the following will be organized: - bath complex with SPA services: (peelings, steaming, scrubbing and hardening); - outdoor volleyball court, - restaurant and coffee shop.
Planned number of jobs created: 27
Planned total budget of the investment project (rub.): 30 million rubles.
5.2. Investment project “Construction of a sports complex as part of the residential microdistrict “Green Valley” on the territory of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (LLC “Specialized developer Green Valley”): The main idea of the project is the construction of a sports and recreation complex as part of the residential microdistrict "Green Valley" in the Zelenodolsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the project, the following will be organized: - multifunctional sports hall for team sports; - fitness club with an outdoor swimming pool; - gyms and transformable spaces for rent.

6. Investment project “Creation, maintenance of operation, operation and technical support of the Automated information system “Digital information system for recording sports achievements of the Republic of Tatarstan” (JSC “My Sport”).

The project is the first step in the implementation of the Memorandum of Intent between the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC “My Sport”. The memorandum was concluded at the Public-Private Partnership Forum in November this year.
7. Investment project “Organization of the multifunctional hotel complex “Object 764” on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (PKF Agro LLC): Multifunctional complex located on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district (along the M-7 Volga highway, 764th kilometer)

8. Investment project “Construction of a gas station complex” on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (RIAZ LLC):
