The final meeting of the Tatarstan Republic Investors Club was successfully completed in Kazan

On December 17, 2024, the final meeting of the Tatarstan Investors Club was held in Kazan, organized by the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. The event was held at the TASIGO Kazan Palace Hotel and brought together distinguished guests, including Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin, members of the Investors Club, heads of large enterprises of the republic, as well as representatives of government agencies. During the meeting, the participants discussed key achievements and prospects for investment development of the region, thereby strengthening cooperation between government agencies and the business community.

Foreign experts were invited to the Investors Club meeting, including: Managing Director of Moonshot Advisory and member of the Board of Directors of ICR YPEX Mohammed Shahid Khan, independent economist from Shanghai Mr. Andy Xia, as well as Deputy General Director for Development and Head of the Ammonium 2 Project Alexander Osipov, General Director of the Dawn Company Mr. Wei Xiaoming and General Director of Tatlift Gulshat Zagidullina.

At the meeting of the Investors' Club, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin spoke as an honorary guest. He shared information on the current volume of investments in the economy of the republic and expressed sincere gratitude to all investors for their invaluable contribution to the development of the region, noting that thanks to joint efforts, it was possible to achieve significant success in the implementation of investment projects. "By joint efforts, we achieve significant success," he emphasized.

The Prime Minister noted that important structural changes are taking place in the economy of Tatarstan. The shares of the manufacturing sector and innovative products in industry, as well as the share of non-resource exports, have increased.

"Tatarstan has been and remains a reliable partner for investors, offering a favorable business climate, modern infrastructure and innovative solutions. The republic is among the top three leaders in terms of the investment climate in the country. Since 2019, we have consistently occupied 2nd place," said the Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In addition, Alexey Pesoshin emphasized that working with investors is one of the key tasks for the Republic of Tatarstan. "It is important for us not only to increase the number of investment projects, but also to ensure investment openness of Tatarstan. It is thanks to this approach that our economy shows stable growth in many sectors. I am confident that through joint efforts we will be able to continue to develop the socio-economic potential of both Tatarstan and the whole of Russia," he noted.

The Prime Minister separately thanked foreign partners for continuing to implement projects in Tatarstan, despite external factors. "Tatarstan has been and remains a reliable partner for investors," the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan said.

The culmination of the event was the award ceremony from the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the awarding of the finalists of the Investor of the Year competition:
