50 representatives from 31 regions of Russia, including Tatarstan, gathered in Kamchatka for an internship at the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies. Deputy Head Marina Epifantseva took part on the behalf of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The business program included breakfast with the regional governor Vladimir Solodov and 6 sessions. Current issues of investor support, reginvest standard, and trends in instruments for implementing investment projects, such as bonds, were discussed. Tatarstan has repeatedly been mentioned as the best practice, for example, in promotion at congress and exhibition events, in readiness for the investment standard. In addition, Dmitry Starovoitov from the Russian Ministry of Economic Development announced Tatarstan’s participation in a pilot project to adapt the World Bank’s international ease of doing business rating B-ready.
During the industrial tour, participants visited an operating fish factory and an airport under construction.
