“Investment hour” with Aznakaevsky municipal district
The Aznakaevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Aznakaevsky municipal district, Marcel Shaidullin, recalled that industrial parks play a key role in the establishment of new industries. The turnover of residents at the end of the year amounted to 880 million rubles, the volume of investments was about 350 million rubles.

“Yashel Park “Aznakaevo” has introduced a line for processing drill cuttings using advanced technology; it is planned to increase the park’s territory by 2 hectares and construct an administrative building and garages.

The implementation of the Tatneft company project in the village of Aktyubinsky continues, where a complex of biotechnological production facilities and over 500 high-tech jobs are being created.
Heat and electricity are produced from biological waste and wind generators. Pilot plants process wood chips and miscanthus straw to produce non-edible sugars.
After the reconstruction of the gas station, using energy-saving technologies, a robotic car wash and a cafe, the quality of service to the population increased.
In 2023, the production of wood concrete blocks from wood chips was launched. The building material is successfully used at Tatneft facilities and is sold on the retail market.
A private investor continues the construction of a nine-story, 62-apartment building.
Construction of a restaurant is nearing completion in the recreation area. Jobs will appear for 30 people, the volume of investments will amount to over 25 million rubles.
Aznakaevsky Polytechnic College is the winner of the federal project “Professionality”, together with PJSC Tatneft and LLC Soyuz-Agro, it is creating an educational and production center “Agrodevelopment”.
It is planned to purchase equipment and agricultural machinery to create conditions close to real working conditions. The volume of investment in the project is 170 million rubles. The center will welcome freshmen in the new academic year.
