“An Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation was signed between Tatarstan and Azerbaijan, and a Joint Intergovernmental Commission operates. Tatarstan exports agricultural, pharmaceutical, paper products, wood and its derivatives to Azerbaijan. In turn, imports from Azerbaijan include petroleum products, minerals, and fruits and vegetables. For the period from 2005 to 2023, investments from the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 66.5 thousand dollars. And, of course, this is not the limit; we have great potential for expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation."
