Talia Minullina, head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, today took part in a meeting on the construction and commencement ceremony of the Druzhba industrial park, as well as the fulfillment center of the Yandex.Market marketplace.
The park project was approved at a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on June 29, 2023 (https://tida.tatarstan.ru/index.htm/news/2211105.htm). Up until this point, Agency employees, especially the examination and support departments, resolved all issues that arose along the way. We remind you that in 2023, 167 investment projects and their financial models were finalized with the direct participation of the Tatarstan Investment Agency.
About the project:
The developer is the R1 group of companies/The project investor is the BROZEX group of companies. The main activities of the BroxexDevelopment division are the development of sites for the placement of industrial park projects and housing construction.
Talia Minullina: “At the first stage, the project involves the creation of a fulfillment center for the acceptance and distribution of products, at subsequent stages - the construction of production facilities for light industry enterprises, a dormitory for employees and a kindergarten. Currently, a detailed study of the first stage of the project has been carried out for the construction of an industrial complex with a total area of 80,000 sq.m.”
Investment volume - 1,752.6 million rubles. (first stage of project implementation)
The total area of the buildings will be 165,000 sq.m.
Number of jobs – 3,700 people.
Infrastructure: dormitory for 300 people, training center with laboratories for 150 people per stream, recreation areas, cafes and food trucks.
During the meeting, with the participation of Rais Tatarstan, issues of implementing joint initiatives in the field of education, training, and creating conditions for attracting specialists were studied.
Dmitry Reutt, founder and general director of Project Bureau R1 LLC, visually demonstrated what the facility will look like after construction is completed. We also discussed the upcoming opening of a fulfillment center for the Yandex.Market marketplace in the Druzhba industrial park (Tura 2.0 industrial park).
